Great content! I believe in diversification so while I do invest in the financial markets I also own rental properties. I just need to keep in mind not to overexpose myself in either direction and keep my debt to equity ratio at a reasonable level.
To be honest with you I have a couple of rental properties that I rent long term, which allows me to manage them quite freely. Of course I need to be available when something comes up but usually the tenants pay rent once a month and that's about it. I miss out on some profit by choosing long term over short stays but it gives me peace of mind and lets me focus on other ventures.
